Covid, I and Aftereffects
Yes, we all had let our guard down; but it’s only human! In that unguarded moment, I caught the infection. Oh! Me? I am strong, well-read and aware and call-myself-educated! And yet I meet friends who were living in a confined-safe-zone. There is this strange awareness of positivity and strength, which one gets after any such experience; if it does not kill you, it makes you stronger.
Does friendship still exist?
In that rage of moment, I would generally walk back home then cool down and go back to her home. Does friendship really exist?
Can we accept the differences?
Questioning a person about their color/creed/weight/height is considered rude. Similarly, asking an introverted person ‘why they are silent’ is the worst way to start a conversation.
The insanity of speed thrills
I had my heart in my mouth and retorted back if he was naturally dumb or acting like one? Was he expecting the honking and high beam would increase the road width?
Ever vanishing values
They grew up selfish and demanding. While either the parents or the children could not be blamed, what happened is loss of ethics and clear distinction of right from wrong.
Superwoman even during pandemic
After the initial excitement and thrill of this new work from home experience, irritation set in. Many families started experiencing discord and domestic abuse started going up.
