Life and its tribulationsPoem

Pity Plight

plight without physical school

Morning sunlight just so bright,

With polished shoes and laces tied tight.

Up we go to the straightened stairs,

Either in ones or in pairs.

Is this one of nature’s ploy?

To make us miss we most enjoy;

Wish this dream would turn real,

When we would eat together our school meal.

The urge to surge will never subside,

For rules are there just to abide.

Let us stay safe and stay home,

Be it in India or in Rome!
